The Greek Ship is In Kish Island, which attracts tourists who come to view her at sunset. “Greek Ship” is a nickname of a cargo steamship, Khoula F which has been beached on the southern west part of Kish Island since 1966. The Ship was built in Scotland by William Hamilton and Company.
The Ship weighs 7061 tons and is 136 meter long. The Greek ship has had different British and Iranian owners and various names and got its name from its last Greek owner.
The reason of beaching hasn’t been clear yet.
